Asian Academic Society International Conference (AASIC) is an annual event conducted by Indonesia Student Association in Thailand (PERMITHA) and Embassy of The Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) for The Kingdom of Thailand, Education and Culture Attache. AASIC collaborates with Thailand’s leading universities in every year. The ultimate goals of this conference are to strengthen the research innovation atmosphere through a diplomatic relationship in the region, build synergy in the solidarity to fight recent issues, and facilitate an opportunity to share experiences and knowledge among participants in Asian countries.
At the end of 2019, the dramatic spread of COVID-19 infection has disrupted lives, social communities, economy, and businesses worldwide. This situation affects the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 achievement as well. Organizations around the world are working and innovating together to minimize the adverse impact on public health and economy. Acknowledging our role as the agent of change, PERMITHA acts forward to contribute in this pandemic situation by providing an idea share platform for all ideas, knowledge, and experiences in the field of science/technology, health, economy, policy, and humanities.
We invite students, scholars, academician, and researchers from Asian countries to share their expertise, experiences, and ideas to gain a better collaboration on the most important recent issues in the region. In addition, participants in 8th AASIC will deliver evidence-based studies that can be more beneficial to the government and policymakers. This conference will give the contributions to the government in designing the strategic plan for the future growth to achieve the SDGs 2030.
