  1. How to register?
  2. Firstly fill the google form, and then upload your abstract at easychair. More info for the links, visit conf.aasic.org

  3. How to make payment?
  4. Once you get notified your acceptance by email, you can make the payment with two methods :

    • Bank Transfer
    • Paypal

  5. What will participants get from the event?
    • Papers will be published in an online proceeding indexed by google scholar and WorldCat
    • Certificate
    • Networking with researchers from around the globe
    • City tour

  6. Are the transportation and accomodation covered?
  7. The fee will be for entire conference session but not for accomodation, transportation from the place of origin and other personal expenses.

  8. Is this event for individuals or team?
  9. Both are okay, there is no limitation about this.

  10. How much we need to pay for more than one people in one submitted paper?
  11. Each person needs to register and pay personally.

  12. Can we join both in oral and poster session for the conference?
  13. Possible to do so, as long as one paper will be only eligible for one type of presentation.

  14. When is the deadline
    • Abstact submission Deadline : 12 May 2019
    • Announcement for accepted papers : 1 July 2019
    • Full paper submission : 1 August 2019

  15. how you will get notified after registration an submission?
  16. All notification from us will be sent through e-mail.
