Keynote Speakers

Prof. Dr. Mustari, M.Pd.

Prof. Dr. Mustari, M.Pd. is currently an attachee of Education and Cultural for Indonesian Embassy in Bangkok, also a Philosophy Professor at State Islamic University Alauddin Makassar, Indonesia. He completed his bachelor’s degree from IAIN Alauddin Ujung Pandang in 1995, later finishing master’s degree in 2000 at State University of Makassar in Education of social science. In 2009 he earned doctoral degree from Gadjah Mada University, Yogakarta, Indonesia. He also took shortcourse/Dipl. Programme on Community Development at Coady International Institute, St Franciskus Xaverius University, Antigonish-Canada.

In this year’s AASIC, he will be speaking a session with topic in designing an inclusive and equitable quality education for Asian People.

Mr. Dicky Komar

Mr. Dicky Komar has been actively taking part as participant and also speaker to various bilateral, regional and global conferences on different topics of human rights, social and humanitarian affairs. Since 2018 his role is Deputy Chief of Mission and Deputy Permanent representative to the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP). Now his base is in Indonesian Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. Graduating his doctorandus degree in International Relations from Faculty of Social and Political Science in 1988. Later he continued his master’s degree at the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, taking International Studies programme.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mas Fawzi Bin Mohd Ali

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mas Fawzi Bin Mohd Ali started his professional career as an Engineer in Malaysia, now He is the Director of Strategic Planning and Risk Management Office, as well as Researcher of Center for Energy and Industrial Environment Studies at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. His research interests include green technology, alternative fuels, and combustion control.

He earned his bachelor’s degree with honors in Electro-mechanical System Engineering at University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), Manchester, United Kingdom. For his master’s degree, He finished it from mechanical Engineering Department Programme fro University of Technology Malaysia, Skudai. Moreover, he earned DrEng in Earth and Life Environmental Engineering from The University of Tokushima, Japan in 2012.
